Step 1: Register to Consign

1. Register

Consignors must 30-500 items. If you have fewer than 30 items, contact us before registering. Read all 6 steps before registering. You'll pay $18 nonrefundable fee via PayPal.

2. Grab a Drop off Appointment​

Please grab a drop off appointment now.  You can always change it before the inventory deadline. 

Regular Seller Drop off appointments: 

Sunday January 25th 9am-5pm and Monday, January 26th 9am-1pm. 

ReStocking Seller Drop off:

January 28th and 29th 9am-10:20am (You put away your own items and do not get a Tuesday presale ticket)

3. Schedule work shifts and your Earnings​

Shifts are not mandatory. They are an option to make more money on your sold items and to shop even earlier. As a Seller, you have hire us to sell your items at 40% of your sales.  If you want to help out at our event, pay Urban Kids less, you may sign up to make 5% more for each 3.5 hour work shift, up to 75%. Please note: You may sign up for back to back shifts if it is overlapping by 30 minutes or less.

Seller PreSale is Tuesday,  August 5th 4pm-7pm: Entry time depends on how many shifts you work. Your PreSale ticket will be emailed on Monday evening.  The one ticket is good, for two adults for both the Tuesday PreSale and the Saturday 1/2 off PreSale at 10:30am.  Children do not need a ticket.

0 shifts = 60% and you pay Urban Kids 40% and you shop at 4:45pm.

​

1 shift = 65% and you pay Urban Kids 35% and you shop at 4:30pm.

​

2 shifts = 70% and you pay Urban Kids 30% and you shop at 4:15pm.

​

3 shifts = 75% and you pay Urban Kids 25% and you shop on at 4:00pm.

All sellers shop early for the Saturday 50% off PreSale at 10:30am.
